Exterior Remodel - Before and After

This 30-year old home was in need of some updates and a solution to a deteriorating room addition.  We removed the old cedar plank siding and replaced it with Hardiplank with a 50-year manufacturer's guarantee.  The homeowner decided to turn the room addition into a patio space.  The exterior remodel also included an updated deck.  Scroll down for before and after pictures.

BEFORE - Cedar siding, loose, warped and a haven for insects.

     

AFTER - Hardiplank siding completely transforms the appearance of the home.

     

BEFORE - Deck was also deteriorating and unsafe

  

AFTER - With a reinforced support system, new Trex floor and vinyl railing,
the deck is not only usable again, but a beautiful addition to the home.

  

BEFORE - Room addition had many problems due to water damage.

  

AFTER - Considering several possible solutions, the homeowner decided
