Three Kitchen Remodels - Before and After

These two kitchen remodels show what can be done by changing the layout to open up the traffic and work flow, and by adding more lighting. Both kitchens featured new cabinetry, custom tile backsplash, granite countertops, new floors, and functional as well as decorative lighting, . Scroll down for before and after pictures.

1st KITCHEN

BEFORE - Dark and outdated.

AFTER - Natural lighting from new, larger windows and doors offers views and
a more appealing place to work and gather. The improved traffic flow made the
area perfect for meal preparation as well as entertaining.

AFTER - The finished kitchen featured an open design with island,
expanded work area, and beautiful cabinets and fixtures.

AFTER - A beautiful new wood floor completed the updated space.

2nd KITCHEN

BEFORE - This 30-year old kitchen was dark, inconvenient, and suffering from wear and tear.

AFTER - The finished kitchen featured a beautiful open design featuring an island and,
large pantry, more efficient use of space, a raised ceiling and fabulous lighting.

BEFORE - Broken lighting and damaged cabinets, as well as a dropped ceiling
and row of cabinets above the peninsula made the room feel dark and cramped.

AFTER - The finishing touches included beautiful tile backsplash, porcelain tile floor,
and granite countertops, enhanced by task lights under the cabinets, ceiling canned lights, and
pendant lights over the island.
